Paris 2024: Terrace opening extended to midnight during the Olympic Games

Paris is gearing up for an Olympic summer! From July 1, 2024, the capital's 3,000 or so ephemeral terraces will be open until midnight, an initiative by Mayor Anne Hidalgo to liven up summer evenings. Bars, meanwhile, will be able to stay open on the nights of the Olympic Games opening and closing ceremonies.
