Moïse de Camondo bequeathed his home to the French state, in tribute to his son Nissim, who died fighting in the First World War. Now's the time to come and discover this French cultural gem!   A true reconstruction of an 18th-century aristocratic residence, the mansion built at the beginning of the 20th century boasts all modern comforts and is a perfect illustration of the art of living in Paris during the Belle Époque. Furniture, paintings, tapestries, porcelain and silverware - the collections assembled by Count Moise de Camondo (1860-1935), a great collector, constitute one of the most famous Parisian collections of 18th-century French decorative art.   À l’occasion de la Nuit européenne des musées 2024, venez visiter le musée Nissim de Camondo de 18h à 22h (dernière entrée à 21h) avant sa fermeture pour travaux.
  Dans les collections du musée / L’hôtel particulier du comte Moïse de Camondo (1860-1935) est la reconstitution d’une demeure du XVIIIe siècle construite de 1911 à 1914 en bordure du parc Monceau par l’architecte René Sergent.
  Moïse de Camondo, collectionneur passionné, y a rassemblé meubles, tableaux, tapis, tapisseries, porcelaines et orfèvrerie du XVIIIe siècle français d’une qualité exceptionnelle.
