Christmas logs 2020 at Thierry Marx La Boulangerie

Available in three versions, Thierry Marx Bakery's 2020 Yule logs feature traditional holiday flavors. They're sure to delight the palates of gourmets young and old alike.

• The chocolate-caramel log

Composition: hazelnut crunch, chocolate pain de Gênes cookie, creamy caramel, milky chocolate mousse, milky fondant glaze.

• Almond-red fruit log

Composition: Pain de Gênes almonds, joconde almond cookie, red fruit confit, almond mousse, red fruit glaze.

• Brown-pear log

Composition: almond and hazelnut crisp, almond joconde cookie, conference pear confit, chestnut mousse, pear glaze.

What's more, every 2020 Yule log comes with a set of chocolate miniatures in the shape of reindeer, fir trees and stars, so you can decorate the cake to your heart 's content while having fun with your children!

For those interested, Thierry Marx's 2020 Yule logs are available in the chef's 4 Parisian bakeries from December 12 to 25, 2020 in 6-8 person format for €39, and from December 5 to 25, 2020 in buchette format for €5.50.
