Thanks to a unique mix of activities offering experiences as fun as they are sporty, CNIT MOVE offers a playground like nowhere else in the Paris region. You'll love the introduction to or improvement of golf with the largest indoor practice range in Europe, as well as the discovery of bouldering, which is accessible to the greatest number of people and requires no specific training.
The fitness center, entirely dedicated to well-being, will offer tools, advice and techniques tailored to keep you in shape. Adrenaline, but also reflection will be in the spotlight on the side of the various Live Escape Game rooms.
The different spaces :
Blocbuster
Blocbuster, the bouldering specialist already present in Courbevoie, will lead the 320 courses designed in a dedicated 1,230m2 space. Inspired by the practice on the "boulders" of Fontainebleau, bouldering is an accessible and playful practice with structures of different shapes reaching up to 4.5 m high.
The gym offers about 40 "profiles" or "walls" of different shapes: each of them offers, through a color code, 8 different "boulders" or tracks, from the beginner level to the high level expert.
Requiring no equipment or complex techniques to master, the activity is open to everyone from the age of 4; a specific area with a lower height will be dedicated to children under 8 years old.
A slackline, a sport practice similar to tightrope walking, is also available to work on your balance and concentration. You can also take advantage of the large high-end sauna to relax after the effort, or take a gourmet break in the bar of the space.

TEAM BREAK Live Escape Game
Escapes are on the rise. They keep opening in Paris. Already present in the 9th district, Team Break is expanding and awaits you in this new complex. And for the CNIT, there's nothing better than opening the biggest Escape Game in the world!
As a reminder, the concept of Live Escape Game(life-size escape game) makes teams of 2 to 14 participants live an immersive adventure in a closed room, with the final objective of escaping, thanks to the resolution of enigmas and the realization of experiments.
Only logical thinking and communication skills are required to complete the mission; no physical strength is needed!
For each world, teams are given a mission in the form of a thematic scenario that they must complete in less than 60 minutes. Within CNIT MOVE, TEAM BREAK has 8 game rooms and 1 event room spread over 1,200m2, making it the largest game space complex in the world.
The missions offered are based on cinematographic universes such as :
Each room can accommodate from 2 to 14 participants, so that 90 people can play simultaneously.
