Marsatac turns 26 this year, on June 13 and 14, 2025! The festival, which will take place in the superb setting of Marseille's Parc Borely, has announced its first headliner. Are you a rap fan? You won't be disappointed.

Feel like partying outside Paris for a weekend? Now's your chance! To celebrate its 26th anniversary, Marsatac returns with a new edition on June 13 and 14, 2025 at Parc Borely, in Marseille's 8th arrondissement. Like the 2024 edition, the festival program will focus on rap and electro artists, and the festival has announced its first headliner: the talented rapper Laylow!

The 2024 edition, with Luidji, Kekra, SDM and Shay on the rap side and Boys Noize, Dj Hearstring, Kobosil and Marlon Hoffstadt on the electro side, had already attracted over 43,000 festival-goers to the sunny southern French town. This year, we'll have the chance to witness Laylow's performances, and a host of new artists to discover on the two stages set up for the occasion.

Marsatac is organized by theOrane association, launched in 1994 by three friends. The association creates projects ancillary to the festival, while retaining their primary aim: "to ensure the widest possible promotion and dissemination of new musical trends by defending its own vision of contemporary music". This is how the La Frappe project was born in 2019, with the aim of encouraging the artistic emergence of hip-hop. The idea is to culminate in a collaborative show between five selected emerging hip-hop artists and a DJ chosen by Marsatac Agency, to be discovered on stage during the festival. A stage called La Frappe is dedicated to the artists, enabling them to make themselves known to the public and in their professional circles.

The festival aims to be sustainable and socially responsible, and to this end offers various options to avoid coming by car, such as free bicycle parking and improved transport. They also announce a policy of waste reduction, guaranteeing a clean and eco-responsible venue. From an associative point of view, they are offering to make a donation to three different associations with the purchase of a ticket, and to double your donation! If you're a fan of Laylow, Marseille or festival music, join us on June 13 and 14 at the Parc Bolery (8th) in Marseille.
