Vesper launches its new Paris 7e brunch, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower

Fancy a brunch in the 7th arrondissement? Let's head over to the École Militaire, a stone's throw from our beloved Eiffel Tower, to discover the new Vesper brunch restaurant, which has been open every Saturday and Sunday since June.

From the same group as Fizgerald and Abstinence, Vesper is the chic, festive restaurant that welcomes us into a sublime setting. Its Art Deco-style decor features a large, luminous gold bar, shimmering velvets and flowery wallpaper, giving the place its own identity.

This spot, which usually treats us to Nikkei cuisine with Japanese and Peruvian influences, is now offering a brunch of classic dishes. A buffet brunch "just like home", both convivial and gourmet, where you can relax in a charming setting and take it easy.

Designed by chef Gregory Cohen, this brunch is available in two distinct formulas: the Continental Brunch and the French Brunch. One gives you access to the all-you-can-eat buffet, while the other adds savory dishes and desserts to choose from à la carte.

The Continental Brunch formula (€32) focuses on simplicity and quality, with a varied buffet. You'll find a Bread Bar offering mini-viennoiseries and freshly baked breads accompanied by butter, honey and jams. The Cereal Bar offers an assortment of fromage frais, cow's milk and plant milk, as well as cornflakes, oatmeal, granola, seeds and dried fruit. A selection of cheeses and a basket of fresh fruit complete the offer. As for beverages, a choice of filter coffee, americano, teas and fresh fruit juices (orange, grapefruit, lemon) is available to accompany your meal.

• French Brunch: a little more sophistication

For those looking for a more elaborate experience, the French Brunch (€48) includes the Continental Brunch buffet plus savory and sweet plates served at the table.

Savoury platters
The savoury platter lets you choose between eggs (fried, scrambled or omelette), accompanied by cream cheese with smoked salmon and avocado, avocado toast or ham and truffle croque-monsieur.

Sweet platters
On the sweet side, the menu offers fluffy pancakes, lemon financiers or a chocolate mi-cuit with a runny center, perfect for ending the meal on a sweet note.

In addition to brunch formulas, Vesper also offers à la carte options such as the Club Pastrami (€24) with egg mayonnaise, pastrami and lettuce, or the Tostada veggie (€16) with spinach, mozzarella and goat's cheese, for those who want to personalize their brunch experience.

Children's brunch

For the little ones, there's a €20 buffet with juices and hot chocolate, accompanied by a dish of fried chicken and sweet potato fries and a fruit salad or chocolate mi-cuit.
