Located at 40-42 rue Legendre, La Fondation is a flagship project of the Galia Group, known for its innovative real estate initiatives. Architecturally designed by PCA-STREAM | Philippe Chiambaretta Architecte, the building features large bay windows and an exposed concrete structure that reflects a modernized brutalist aesthetic. Designers Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch of Roman & Williams aimed to create a space that evokes both luxury and functionality.
The Foundation incorporates a 5-star hotel with 58 rooms, including 3 luxury suites spread over 7 floors, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris. The establishment also promises two restaurants, including a brasserie and a bistronomic restaurant, as well as a rooftop with a breathtaking panoramic view of the capital, promising to become a must-see meeting point for gourmets.
Wellness enthusiasts won't be left out, with a complete sports club including a climbing wall, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, as well as a spa offering personalized treatments, a sauna and a hammam. This sanctuary of relaxation is designed to provide a space for rest and physical regeneration.
