Efter succesen med Bouillon, hans første restaurant, lancerer Marc Favier, tidligere næstkommanderende for Jean François Piège på Les Ambassadeurs i Crillon-hotellet og derefter køkkenchef på Thoumieux, Marcore, hans nye adresse, med "to rum og to atmosfærer": i stueetagen en bistronomisk menu og ovenpå et mere elegant bord, der byder på gastronomi i topklasse.
