Dopo il successo di Bouillon, il suo primo ristorante, Marc Favier, già secondo di Jean François Piège a Les Ambassadeurs dell'hotel Crillon e poi executive chef di Thoumieux, lancia Marcore, il suo nuovo indirizzo, con "due sale e due atmosfere": al piano terra, un menu bistronomico, e al piano superiore, una tavola più chic che offre una gastronomia di alto livello.
