După succesul primului său restaurant, Bouillon, Marc Favier, fost secund al lui Jean François Piège la Les Ambassadeurs din hotelul Crillon, apoi bucătar-șef executiv la Thoumieux, lansează Marcore, noua sa adresă, cu "două săli și două atmosfere": la parter, un meniu bistronomic, iar la etaj, o masă mai șic care propune o gastronomie de top.
