Maria Belza offers seasonal cuisine with delicate flavors, served in an exceptional setting overlooking the Canal St Martin. The dining room has been designed as a carte setting, with azure blue hues, nods to Biarritz's Rocher de la Vierge and velvet banquettes. You'll feel good here, and you'll eat well!
Pan con tomate, croquetas with Ossau Iraty cheese and Espelette chilli, sea bass tartar brioche, chipirons à la plancha with Duroc chorizo, beef taloa, fried squid and prawns, Maria Belza is a showcase for the sharing cuisine so dear to the South-West.
You can also savor gourmet dishes such as pluma ibérica with mustard and Espelette pepper piperade, duck breast with honey or octopus with hibiscus! At lunchtime, an à l'ardoise menu promises a meal from 18.50 euros on weekdays.
Regulars come as soon as the restaurant opens to enjoy the terrace, one of the only sunny spots on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin, for aperitifs and springtime drinks! Want to give it a try?
