Mylo Levin overtager Michelin-restauranten Baudelaire på Burgundy med bravour

Michelin-restauranten Le Baudelaire i hjertet af Bourgogne i Paris åbner et nyt gastronomisk kapitel med Mylo Levin, som for nylig blev udnævnt til køkkenchef. Efter at have arbejdet i køkkenerne på Le Meurice og restaurant Papillon bringer han en generøs og raffineret kulinarisk vision til bordet, hvor produktet forbliver i centrum af tallerkenen.
