The Ernest association has opened a solidarity restaurant to finance its actions. Located a stone's throw from Porte de Bagnolet, in the 2,000m2 garden of a brand-new Tiers Lieu called "Le Sample", this chef-in-residence-based restaurant is designed as a place for meeting and sharing, based on the values of the association.
