Summer 2025 work on line 1: partial closure for three weeks

There's a lot of work to be done on public transport systems in the Paris region this summer. In the metro, no fewer than 11 lines are affected by this summer's work, including the famous line 1. Traffic on this line will be partially interrupted for three consecutive weeks in August. We tell you all about it.

Police intervention at La Défense: restrictions lifted, no suspect spotted

This Tuesday June 30, late in the morning, in the La Défense area a police intervention took place after a gunman had been seen by the Les Quatre Temps shopping mall. The Préfecture de Police says the operation is now over an no suspect has been spotted.
