While living in Paris is expensive - and that's no secret - the fact remains that rents vary from district to district, arrondissement to arrondissement, and even from suburb to suburb. And yet, according to the Observatoire des Loyers de l'Agglomération Parisienne (OLAP), rents are set to rise by a further 2.4% in 2022.
