Why not visit a castle in the heart of Paris? Now's your chance to conquer a stunning Renaissance residence nestled in the nooks and crannies of the 13th arrondissement. The Château de la Reine Blanche awaits you just a stone's throw from the Manufacture des Gobelins, and surprises Parisians and visitors alike with its early 16th-century architecture.
It is linked to a complex known as the "îlot de la Reine Blanche", comprising two other buildings dating from the 15th and 17th centuries. To mark the Journées du Patrimoine, organized on September 21 and 22, 2024, the Château de la Reine Blanche is unveiling a special program to be discovered below!
This historic monument, former home and dye works of the Gobelins family, features an exceptional 16th and 17th century heritage, including two rare spiral staircases with a central post in one piece. The guided tour will teach you about the industrial history of the district since the 15th century, of which this building is emblematic.
Paris always knows how to surprise and amaze us! Have a nice visit.
