Heritage Days 2025 at the Cité de la Céramique in Sèvres (92)

The Cité de la Céramique de Sèvres is opening its doors to the public free of charge for the Journées du Patrimoine on Saturday September 20 and Sunday September 21, 2025. An opportunity to discover the heritage of the Manufacture royale de Sèvres.

The Cité de la Céramique de Sèvres is taking part in the 42nd Journées du Patrimoine, on September 20 and 21, 2025. For one weekend, the museum and its factory will be opening their doors to the general public, free of charge, to share their treasures and history with the curious.

Discover the delicate art of porcelain and admire one of the skills that has made France's exceptional reputation for centuries. Let yourself be fascinated by the knowledge and techniques of the specialists and be introduced to the art of ceramics during this weekend of discovery. The Cité de la Céramique has planned a variety of activities for young and old alike, to immerse us fully in this artistic and artisanal world.

Every year, thanks to the Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days), the people of Ile-de-France can visit thousands of different sites and discover the history of France, right down to the smallest detail. Castles, places of worship, places of power, museums, natural curiosities or architectural experiments, factories and workshops: the France of yesterday and today is revealed through these exceptional places. Reservations are recommended!
