For Valentine's Day 2021, chef Martin Simolka of theHôtel Molitor in Paris's 16th arrondissement is planning to treat the taste buds of the capital's lovers with click & collect .
On the menu, exceptional products for a magical moment in love: foie gras with pomegranate juice and Sarawak pepper, scallops in carpaccio with sweet chili oil, Orléanaise poultry gently cooked in a charcoal crust and, for dessert, a gourmet Mont-Blanc blackcurrant-ginger heart. All washed down with a bottle of champagne, so we can toast our eyes to each other!
Please note that orders can be collected directly from Molitor on Saturday February 13 and Sunday February 14 from 9.30am to 3pm.
