If you thought the Hunger Games craze had come to an end after the first three installments, think again! Since then, the author of the novels Suzanne Collins has continued to write and bring her universe to life, no longer revolving around Katniss and Peeta, but telling the stories of older characters encountered in the books, then adapted for the cinema. To mark the release of"Hunger Games: Harvest Sunrise" on March 20, 2025, a special evening is organized at the Grand Rex two days earlier.
You can watch the first film in the cult saga again in the Infinite Room, for 12 euros, but also, if you wish, get a sneak preview of the latest novel in the saga, limited to one copy per ticket with a free limited-edition pendant, for 31.9 euros. This time, the story focuses on Haymitch, after getting to know Lucy Gray and Coriolanus Snow in the previous installment.
On the eve of the fiftieth Hunger Games, fear grips the districts of Panem. This year, in honor of the Atonement Games, the number of tributes torn from their families to participate in these cruel games will be doubled! In District 12, Haymitch Abernathy tries not to think too much about the terrible draw. He's focused on his own survival and the survival of the woman he loves.
So when fate chooses him as a tribesman, his world collapses.
Forced to leave everything behind, he is taken to the Capitol with three other members of his district: a friend he considers a sister, a compulsive gambler and the most pretentious girl in town. As the Games are about to begin, Haymitch realizes that the events are rigged and that he doesn't stand a chance. Yet something inside him compels him to fight... to take the fight beyond the mortal arena.
