For many years, the Sims franchise has established itself as THE life simulation game par excellence, with no real competitors. But while users have been complaining about the game's many bugs and lack of renewal, others are finally entering the sector with a bang! inZoi will land on PCs on March 28, 2025 in early access, from 1 a.m. in France, with a unique style,realistic aesthetics and features more advanced than ever.
This life simulation game from South Korean studio Krafton Inc. (PUBG: Battlegrounds) is powered by the particularly powerful Unreal Engine 5, which delivers an exceptional level of detail. On the other hand, unlike The Sims, it will most certainly require a good PC to run due to its particularly advanced graphics. We'll have to wait for the announcements on March 19 to find out whether early access will be free or paying, and then the price of the final version, before knowing the game's much later arrival on consoles.
In inZOI, players will be able to manage the daily lives of their ZOIs (the game's characters), customizing the environment, cities, clothes and even furniture, as well as driving their character's car and taking him or her on a journey through a much more open world. Relationships, careers, ambitions, fears - these are all elements that should allow you to play differently than ever before, with a karma system.
Between August 21 and 26, 2024, the studio made available the Character Studio, a free tool that allowed players to test character creation and customization, giving a glimpse of the first opportunities the game has to offer.
