Shabour et Tékès chefs Assaf Granit, Dan Yosha, Uri Navon and Tomer Lanzman have come up with yet another gourmet idea to take Parisians' taste buds on the road. Together, the four have unveiled a deli in the Sentier district of Paris called Shosh. The idea is not new, since during the last health crisis, they had already launched a sandwich delivery service of the same name.
Exploring their origins, history and heritage with brio, the chefs have chosen to introduce Parisian gourmets to the best of Israeli cuisine through carefully sourced products. You'll find Israeli wines, olive oils, homemade tahini and spice blends to spice up your dishes at home.
But that's not all: Shosh is a multi-faceted place, combining restaurant, delicatessen and caterer! As in any self-respecting delicatessen, you can enjoy traditional Jerusalemite dishes simmering away in the main room: Persian stew with herbs and Israeli lemons, matbucha salads or sandwiches made with homemade frenavon flatbread. Authentic aromas and flavours from around the world!
And there's more! When night falls, Shosh becomes Shana, a dining cellar whereLevantine-inspired cuisine is washed down with wines from around the world. Sharing plates that evolve with the seasons, wines that honor the Mediterranean rim, from Spain to Georgia, all in a festive atmosphere!
A great opportunity to say "I've been to Shosh (and Shana)!"
