The 100% Thai staff warmly welcome you to the restaurant to ensure you have a pleasant time. Chef Aoy Suksutthi leads her brigade in the kitchen. She learned to cook with her grandmother in Thailand, and honed her skills in Michelin-starred restaurants in her native country before becoming MOOM MAM's chef.

She offers a variety of spicy, sweet and spicy flavors in carefully selected recipes to satisfy the tastes of their Parisian and international clientele.

Of course, meat lovers are not forgotten, with the classic of classics, Suae Rong Hai aka Tiger's Tear: a marinated beef fillet grilled with tamarind, lime and chillies, a must-try.

Moom Mam's other strong point is its cocktails. Perfectly executed behind the ultra-designed bar, which lines up bottles of Asian whisky, sake and champagne, the cocktails are all homemade and inspired by the great classics of mixology.

The mixologist suggests the Mao Thai, a variation on the famous Mai Tai, or the Siam Paradise.

For dessert, guests will be delighted by the rich selection of sweet treats from Thai cuisine.

They can be tempted by Thai flan with a scoop of coconut ice cream, or glutinous rice with coconut milk and fresh mango. Tapioca with mango soup is also very exotic.

And for chocolate lovers, the mini chocolate egg rolls are a real delicacy!

At lunchtime, Moom Mam's à la carte Thai menu lets you discover the chef's cuisine with a starter/main course or main course/dessert for 29€ (starter/main course/dessert for 35€).
