The Hôtel de Crillon has called on Michelin-starred chef Paul Pairet, discovered by the general public on Top Chef, to completely rethink the Brasserie d'Aumont with Nonos and Comestibles, a restaurant and grocery store in the heart of the Place de la Concorde palace.
