The Musée National de la Maison Bonaparte in Ajaccio, Napoleon's birthplace, sheds light on the history of Corsican society, the architecture of patrician houses and the art of living in the 18th century. The results of this research will be presented for the first time at the Musée National des Châteaux de Malmaison et Bois-Préau, in the recently restored Château de Bois-Préau. The project is directed by Elisabeth Caudé, Conservatrice Générale du Patrimoine, and the exhibition is organized by Jean-Marc Olivesi, with the administrative and documentary assistance of Odile Bianco.
