The Coubertin estate, acquired by the Fredy family in 1577 following their ennoblement by Louis XI in 1477, extends over 30 hectares in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. Today, the Foundation uses this estate to train its students. It comprises a château of classical architecture housing collections, a hamlet for accommodation and cultural classrooms, and a park housing the Ateliers Saint Jacques and the Fonderie de Coubertin for vocational training. Visits are possible at weekends.
