Taken over by chef Frédéric Lorimier and his wife Camille Gouyer, Virtus immediately regained the Michelin star that had evaporated following the departure of the former chefs. And it's richly deserved: although particularly discreet, this Michelin-starred restaurant has more than one trick up its sleeve to melt diners' hearts.
