YSL 1971, the scandal collection

For four months, the Yves Saint-Laurent Foundation will be reviving a mythical, historic collection: Yves Saint-Laurent's Libération collection. If the clothes designed by YSL were shocking, it was for their resemblance to clothes worn in occupied France. Marked by the war, this collection refers to the Paris of the Occupation, with short skirts and heavy make-up.
