Paris sous les fraises is Galeries Lafayette Haussmann's major project, devised as part of its "innovative greening" policy. Since March 2015, and until October 2016, the roofs of Galeries Lafayette have been transformed into a kitchen garden, to accommodate strawberries, raspberries and aromatic plants, a challenge achieved thanks to the Association Française de Culture Hors-sol.
