Since November, a restaurant unlike any other has opened its doors at Porte de la Villette, offering a unique menu based on unsold produce from the Rungis market 4 evenings a week, at free prices. An initiative we'd like to see more of in Paris, and which we hope will be supported by the Mairie de Paris.
