On Thursday May 19, the Giant Ferris Wheel on the Place de la Concorde in Paris was transformed into a formidable ephemeral restaurant for the evening. A restaurant with an idyllic view of Paris, 70 meters above the ground, with a 4-course menu created by Yannick Alleno and Shintaro Awa, the French S.Pellegrino Young Chef candidate.
