It's a restaurant just off rue de Turenne that serves Italian cuisine, but in the noblest sense of the word. Every dish is prepared with the utmost care and attention. The proprietors welcome us with the utmost kindness. Fluvio, the master on board, with his strong personality, invites us to discover his menu with all the warmth of the sun of his native Sardinia. The dishes are original and fine, and he suggests we accompany them with a wine of the month, allowing us to discover these full-bodied Italian wines that smell of the hillsides of this marvelous country. But quality comes at a price, and I fully accept this rule, to my great pleasure.
