It's a beautiful round square in a charming neighborhood. Wedged between Pigalle and La Trinité, it's a place where events are always happening in a discreet way. At its center is a fountain topped by a statue of Gavarni. The base features a relief of a scene from the Paris Carnival. This is the only Parisian monument directly evoking the Carnaval de Paris. With its many theaters, this district is the scene of many pleasant activities. Despite its location between a very hot district and the serenity of the Eglise de la Trinité, the district has managed to develop a real sense of originality. The charm of small squares, museums and private streets makes it a pleasant place to stroll.
