Bambou is a Thai-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar in the Sentier district of Paris, set in over 500m2 of former garment workshops. The menu was designed by Michelin-starred chef Antonin Bonnet, with a sumptuous colonial-inspired decor and a magnificent terrace away from traffic and exhaust fumes.
