This summer, Jade Génin is once again delighting us with some out-of-the-ordinary ice creams from her chocolate factory: finely grated granités-neige and crèmes glacés, available from June to the end of September 2023. Inspired by Japanese kakigori, these ice creations are a real treat! We tested them and tell you all about it.
