Enshrinement of abortion in the Constitution: a giant-screen retransmission at the Trocadéro

This Monday, March 4, 2024 marks a historic day for France, with the expected inclusion of voluntary interruption of pregnancy (IVG) in the Constitution. The vote, to be held in the Salle des Congrès at the Château de Versailles, could make France the first country to constitutionally guarantee this right. In collaboration with the Fondation des Femmes, the municipality of Paris will be broadcasting the event on a giant screen at the Trocadéro, on the Esplanade des Libertés et des Droits de l'Homme, enabling everyone to experience this historic moment together.
