Tip: the 2024 Carrot Festival, in Croissy-sur-Seine (78)

After the Fête de la Brouette, which celebrated seasonal vegetables in various pick-your-owns in the Île-de-France region, get ready to celebrate the carrot this Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8, 2024 from the town of Croissy-sur-Seine, in the Yvelines department!

The program includes concerts and shows, as well as a host of free events! This year's Fête de la Carotte is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Impressionism, with special events around this theme!

On Saturday evening, don't miss the show starting at 6:30 p.m., followed by a live concert at 8:30 p.m., and then the traditional fireworks display at nightfall! On Sunday, it's time for the associations' forum, and above all, a host of sporting, creative and walking events!

• Painting exhibition by artists Isla Art and Irina Kotova-Carpentier at the Saint-Léonard chapel

Saturday, September 7th

• On the trail of the stars" show, 6.30pm
• Distribution of luminous surprises for children, 8 pm
• Live concert, 8:30pm
• Musical fireworks, 10pm
• Picnic in the park (all evening long, please bring your own tablecloths)

Sunday, September 8th

• Forum des associations (painting workshops, silhouettists, strolling musicians, period dress re-enactments, micro-folie, parenting workshops, make-up stand, giant wooden toys...)
• Dictation for an adult, 3pm (library)
• Randonnées de la Saint-Fiacre (registration on the day at the cyclo-club)
