Vacation tip: free workshops with animals at the Ferme des Chanteraines (92)

What's on during the February vacations 2025? From February 15 to March 2, we're celebrating the holiday season, with special programs on offer at numerous locations in Paris and the Paris region. In the inner suburbs, head for Gennevilliers and its famous Chanteraines park, to discover the eponymous farm.

Located in the communes of Gennevilliers and Villeneuve-la-Garenne, the Parc des Chanteraines is the perfect green space for a stroll, with many unusual activities to discover. These include the park's little train, the Chemin de fer des Chanteraines, the Micheletty circus and the Ferme des Chanteraines. Entirely free of charge and open to all, it boasts dozens of animals for you to discover on your stroll. During the February vacations, this is the place to discover the animal world throughthemed workshops for children.

Slip into the shoes of a budding farmer, learn how to make land art, observe birds and create bird feeders, or discover the art of vegetable gardening: these are just some of the activities to be explored from age 3 onwards during these farm vacations! Good news: all workshops are free and open to all, as long as you register.

The program of workshops at Ferme des Chanteraines :

• In the shoes of a market gardener, ages 3 and up, Monday, February 18
• Birdwatching and feeder creation, ages 5 and up, Thursday, February 20
• In the shoes of a farmer, ages 3 and up, Friday, February 21 and Friday, February 28
• Land-art workshop, ages 5 and up, Tuesday, February 25

Please note that for each activity, children are under the responsibility and supervision of a legal guardian or parent. Workshops always take place at 10 a.m. and last 1h30 (information and registration by e-mail, fermedeschanteraines-reservations@hauts-de-seine.fr).
