The famous fan zone set up on the Bassin de la Maltournée is organizing a big, free, festive day to mark the Paralympic Games. On the program? The Enchanted Africa Ball, a concert-show by the Divertimento orchestra, breakdance and BMX demonstrations, not forgetting street arts and circus activities.
