Edwin Carriere, the new Pastry Chef at Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris, transports us to Asia for Easter 2019. For the occasion, he has chosen to revisit the traditional Easter Egg and turn it into not one but two legendary dragons!
On one side, the Aka dragon, 'red' in Japanese, which here represents power. On the other, the green dragon Jaki is synonymous with mischief.
The two Opalys 33% white chocolate creations are highlighted by a red or green coat. The flame is in passion-inspired chocolate, for a fruity touch. And, of course, with no artificial coloring or flavoring!
Please note that these two Japanese dragons are only available to order 24 hours in advance.
Also at Buddha Bar, Easter brunch, for friends, families and gourmands in general. Rendezvous on April 21, 2019 for a generous brunch featuring childhood staples such as a chocolate fountain where you can dip fruit, marshmallows and homemade cookies; but also a farandole of chocolate desserts .
Those with the most dexterous hands will even be able to take part in an animation to create their own version of the Easter dragon, complete with chocolate accessories and parts!
See you there?
