And this year, Nicolas Ja ulmes is offering a trendy, mini version of the famous galette.
So what's inside this miniature-looking gourmet creation? To tempt your taste buds, Nicolas Jaulmes has inserted an almond mousse, crunchy dragée slivers and a traditional frangipane base into this galette.
For a touch of freshness, an emulsion based on almond milk, agave syrup and a few drops of amaretto, borders the light puff pastry.
And, as a surprise, those lucky enough to find the bean will be offered a glass of champagne!
This Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris mini-galette is available for 15 euros (served by the plate).
