Puff pastry
150 g flour, 4 g salt, 15 g melted butter, 7 cl water, 20 g dry butter
Crème d'amande
75 g almond powder, 75 g butter, 75 g sugar, 1 egg, 11 g Grand Marnier, 7 g rum
