Due to the health crisis and following the ban on festivals and large public events, the Gay Pride, initially scheduled for June 27, 2020 in Paris, is officially cancelled. The organizers invite associations to multiply the events of visibility and pride in Paris and throughout the Ile-de-France from November 2 to 7, 2020.

Faced with the unprecedented health crisis that has hit France for several months, and following the ban on gatherings of more than 10 people, this Monday, October 12, 2020, Inter-LGBT officially canceled its Paris - Île-de-France LGBT Pride March, which was scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2020 after a first postponement.

Via a statement, Inter-LGBT explained: "Since we cannot demonstrate in the streets of Paris in one large procession, we will multiply it. Together, let's be visible for our health: "Health scorned: LGBTQI+ in danger!".

They therefore invite associations to sign up to "take charge of a different place", specifically identified, in Paris and the Ile-de-France region to replace the single procession of the Pride March by multiple external places of visibility.

The Inter-LGBT has however recalled its commitments:"It is finally about not excluding anyone from the right to care, to take into account their fair value the situations of sexual minorities and all gender identities, to respect our bodies, to respond to the real needs of prevention and risk reduction, to better consider PLWHA (person living with HIV) or to act on the mental health and ill-being of the most fragile LGBTQI+ people."
