This is your chance to take advantage of theEspace Art Reflex International, located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, near the Rotonde Stalingrad and not far from the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq. The space is dedicated to the work of artist Francis Mbella, inventor of the tapioca technique in the 80s.
