The Fête la Musique returns to France on June 21 with a host of musical events of all kinds. One day a year, on June 21, musicians and singers take to the streets to share their passion with as many people as possible.
But the streets aren't the only place where music lovers take to the streets for the traditional Fête de la Musique, since every June 21, many other venues take part in this popular, festive and free event, including bars and restaurants, institutions, cultural centers, churches and museums.
In Paris and the Ile-de-France region, musical events are always plentiful, and it's not easy to find what you're looking for. So, for electro music fans, don't miss theopen air event put on by the Flirt collective.
To be experienced in two stages on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, this open air invites Parisians to follow a free musical route between the 18th and 19th arrondissements from 2pm to 1am, dancing under the sun until nightfall. The second part will take place at the Pavillon des Canaux. Since 2015, this former house of the Canaux lock keeper has been transformed into Sinny&Ooko's signature cultural third-place, where we reflect together on topics such as inclusion, equality and feminism through an eclectic and mostly free cultural program.
