Join us on June 21 for a joyous celebration of music! Every year on the same date, music lovers and musicians gather to celebrate the legendary Fête de la Musique. Every June 21, this popular and festive event pays homage to music!

For a whole day and evening, amateurs and professionals alike get out their instruments to make live music resound just about everywhere. From the streets to concert halls, parks and gardens, bars and restaurants, museums and cultural centers, churches and institutions... music is in the spotlight every June 21.

This year is no exception to the rule, with free concerts once again abounding in Paris and the greater Paris region. Whether you're a fan of rock, blues, jazz, reggae, classical music, rap and hip-hop, electro or French variety, you're bound to find something to suit you at this new 42nd Fête de la musique.

For our friends in the Val-d'Oise region, there are plenty of good deals on offer. In Osny , for example, head for the Parc de Grouchy, which hosts music school workshops on Friday June 21, 2024, followed by a free concert by Saint Eldorado. This group will take you back in time with their covers of hits from the 60s to the 90s. Admission is free, of course, and food and drink will be available on site. "Inthe event of bad weather, the concert will be moved to the Forum des Arts et des Loisirs, near the train station," announces the town of Osny on its website.
