Le Dali, a restaurant at Le Meurice, awaits you on February 14, 2022 for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner 2022 in sumptuous surroundings!
For the occasion, chefs Amaury Bouhours and his team have devised a three-course menu, and to round things off, Cédric Grolet and his pastry chef François Deshayes are offering the dessert Cœur en Pétales. To accompany the dishes, Gabriel Veissaire, the hotel's head sommelier, and the House of Rothschild have defined a food and Champagne pairing based on the House's emblematic cuvées.

Doesn't Cédric Grolet's Saint Honoré Cœur en Pétales make you dream? Imagine a marriage between sweetness and spicy notes. Arranged in the shape of a heart, choux pastries filled with a peppercorn crème pâtissière and punctuated with fresh lychees are covered with a delicate pink coat of rose-infused chantilly. Note that this dessert is also available for pre-order from February 1 on the Le Meurice website. Count €40 for the pastry, to be picked up in-store on February 14 only.
And for a special treat, on February 14, 2022, Paris' leading luxury hotel has teamed up with Mellerio, the world's oldest jewelry house. During the evening, one lucky lady will receive a Petit Cactus Vanille necklace from the Les Muses collection, created in homage to Marie-Antoinette and her favorite flower.
