For Valentine's Day 2019, Yann Brys, Director of Sweet Creation at Nolinski, invites you to taste his latest creation for lovers, from February 14 to 21, 2019.

For one week, lovers and sweethearts will be able to discover a Saint-Honoré, revisited in a "croque amour" version. A dessert to share in the shape of a heart and choux with red caramel pomme d'amour, a light vanilla cream and raspberry compote with timut pepper.
