Le Faham, the Michelin-starred restaurant run by chef Kelly Rangama, who made her name on the TV show Top Chef, invites you to spend Valentine's Day 2022 in cocooning mode, at home. And to make sure you have a great evening, the chef is offering you a delicious gourmet meal of her own making, which you can either have delivered or order to take away and collect directly from the restaurant.
Le Faham 's Valentine's Day gift sets are available for delivery on Monday February 14 from 6pm to 8pm, or for collection at the restaurant from 4pm. And to whet your appetite, here's a sneak preview of what you're in for.
Duo Menu :
Starter
Duck foie gras ballotine, crunchy beet, currant pei and spiced brioche
Main course
Snacked scallops, pressed potato and black truffle
Cream of coral soup with vegetarian chili pepper

Loving apple with ayapana, ginger and galabe crisp, coriander condiment
The menu will be punctuated by appetizers and mignardises...
The menu is available as a simple Duo for €178 for two, or accompanied by half a bottle of Champagne Rosé Billecart-Salmon for €214.
Note that the chef also offers gift cards, from 138€ to 294€, with different menu formulas for two. So don't hesitate to introduce your loved ones to her delicious, spicy yet controlled cuisine, with an ultramarine touch inspired by her island, Réunion.
