The 2024 Franco-Arab Film Festival in Noisy-le-Sec : Program

The Festival du Film Franco-Arabe de Noisy-le-Sec -whose screenings take place at the intercommunal cinema Le Trianon in Romainville- returns for its 13th edition from November 15 to 30, 2024! On the program for this new edition is a selection of some thirty feature-length fiction films and documentaries, including many never-before-seen films, as well as short films. Most of these films will be presented by their teams, at Le Trianon cinema.

The program also includes retrospectives, previews and a host of other events featuring international guests, filmmakers from Arab countries and related fields, who celebrate contemporary Franco-Arab filmmaking. This year, the focus is on Gaza, with a cycle on the theme of migration at theInstitut des Cultures d'Islam.

Some events to remember in the 2024 Franco-Arab Film Festival program:

• Friday, October 18, 8:30pm - Cinéma Le Trianon - Presentation evening - Preview in the presence of the director
• Tuesday, November 19 - La Galerie, center d'art contemporain - Screening-meeting
• Saturday, November 23 - Cinéma Le Trianon - Screening-meetings with guest filmmakers & round-table discussion, the starting point for in-depth reflection on the history and present of Gaza, and an exchange with the public.
• November 27, 28 & 29 - Institut des Cultures d'Islam - In keeping with the general program and the focus on Gaza, 3 films on the theme of migration will be screened, followed by a discussion.
