How about an escape game based on François Ozon's latest film? To mark the release of Mon Crime, in cinemas from March 8, 2023, Gaumont, the film's distributor, invites you to take part in an off-the-beaten-track escape game atUGC Ciné Cité Bercy from March 7 to 10, 2023. From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and with a ticket for the film, come and solve riddles and find evidence of the murder you've been accused of, as well as other evidence in support of self-defense!

As for the exact content of the enigmas to be solved and the environment, you'll have to see the film to find out. But note that fans of investigations and other whodunits should find something to their liking, as should fans of François Ozon's cinema, since the puzzles will revolve around the general theme of this eagerly-awaited comedy. And as with any escape game, you've got one hour to solve the puzzles and get out of the room.

And for those who would like to see the film before or afterwards, we tell you all about it here:

An experiment that the editorial team was able to test beforehand. One of the participants had not seen the film, while the other had seen it in a press screening. This difference poses no problem here, since an actor will explain what the film is all about, whether you've seen it or not (you can play theescape game before your cinema screening).

As for the puzzles, let's make no mistake: they're very simple, enabling even the most inexperienced to get out in time, since theescape game isn't there to challenge you (that's not its aim), but to offer you the chance to extend the experience. And in this respect, it's quite successful. The idea? Just like in the film, you have to find evidence to prove that you are the murderer in this story, but also other evidence to prove self-defense.

For an escape game accessible with the purchase of a ticket for the film, this experience is well worth the detour, if only to prolong immersion in the film. Otherwise, it's a great opportunity to discover the film through an escape game.

So, are you up for the challenge? All you have to do is reserve your cinema ticket!
